What data do we collect?
We will only collect information that is necessary in order to process your order. This will usually be your name, address, telephone number and email address. This is the information that you provide at the time of placing an order with us.
We may also collect details regarding your wedding or event in order to complete your order.
How do we collect your data?
When you contact either by email, phone or using the contact form on the website, we will keep a record of that data on our password protected computer. As above, the only data we generally will need from you is your name, email address, phone number and home address. If you do not wish to use the contact form on the website you can always email with any enquiries.
How do we store your data and will it be passed on to third parties?
Any data that is collected from you will be stored on a password protected computer. Data will be stored for 7 years (as businesses are required to keep these records for tax purposes). Any paper records required for processing your order will be shredded after this time.
We will never pass your details on to a third party or share any of your personal information.
